Never seen a cat as cheeky.
The cat is probably going to his alley and brag to his cat-pals how dogs are becoming so prim and proper. And “fearless” like a mouse. And dumb like a stone wall.
Cat probably saw too many of owner’s puppy softoys and goes, “Is this yet another one of those puppets the humans receive as a gift?”
At the split second when they stare at each other, the cat probably realizes this is a real dog. He decides to do one last playful attack on the puppy and, knowing that the dog would not out-bounce him, he did.
